About Us

Mike Liechty Grading was established in 1996 in Cache Valley. Before launching his own business he gained the skills and technical knowledge needed at a local construction company, Legrand Johnson. He was hired at age 18 and worked for 9 years on various divisions, including the grading crew and asphalt paving crew. With this experience, Mike acquired equipment and began working on his own as Mike Liechty Grading, where he could provide services with his developed craft. For 25+ years and counting, Mike has operated his company, working in close coordination with sub-contractors to provide a high-quality service. Mike’s attention to detail, work ethic, and organizational skills have enabled him to develop a highly regarded reputation in the Valley.
